The 19th century Neobaroque building of the one-time Lipótváros Casino – today the Duna Palace – is currently operated by the Interior Ministry. The several-storey palace building has a richly decorated exterior and interior, including a spacious stairway with stuccos, marble columns, carved wooden steps and railings; or the gilded ornaments of the theater room’s walls and ceiling.
